Diana Ajzen is a cofounder of EdgeQuest Global and a Master Certified Coach, the highest credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation. With more than 30 years across education, consulting, and human systems, and nearly two decades coaching executives and teams, she works with CEOs, boards, and leadership teams to find the patterns that keep strategy from turning into results.
In 5 to 10 minutes, answer 18 questions and get a written report on your organization's structural health.
Diana's work begins with culture, because that is where resilience either holds or quietly breaks down. She helps organizations move past silos, unresolved conflict, and weak shared accountability toward teams that coordinate, decide together, and sustain change through a clear structure rather than constant intervention. As a systemic team coach and co-creator of TeamCraft Coaching, she works with whole leadership teams, not only individuals. One global technology company credits her structured program of team coaching, training, and assessments with reducing turnover and significantly improving internal communication.
Diana helps design EdgeQuest's systemic diagnostics and interprets what they reveal, working in order from the visible symptom to the pattern underneath. Her lens draws on systems thinking, collective intelligence, and neuroscience, and she is known for challenging the assumptions that keep a pattern in place once it has been named. She pairs internationally validated assessment tools with data, metrics, and AI, giving leaders evidence of how they actually decide and collaborate.
Governance gaps often show up first as behavior: decisions that stall, ownership no one claims, meetings that never quite resolve. Diana works with executives and boards on the leadership side of governance, helping them take ownership, clarify how decisions get made, and turn awareness into coordinated action.
In advisory pods, she brings the coaching and culture lens and a clear plan for team change, working in English and Spanish with leaders across North America.
Diana's career began in education. She studied special education at Universidad de las Américas and completed a teacher education program at the University of California, San Diego, then spent years designing e-learning and distance education programs, including six years in business development for Edusoft Systems. That grounding in how people learn led her into coaching. She went on to found Coaching con Visión, a remote leadership program for middle managers delivered by certified coaches with visual disabilities, and to become a founding partner of Possibilia, a transformation consultancy. She also leads human capital consulting as a managing partner at RSM México and coaches executives through BetterUp and The Granger Network.
Her book, Generando una nueva visión para el futuro (Generating a New Vision for the Future), draws on Fernando Flores, Carl Jung, and Viktor Frankl to help readers question the stories that limit them and take responsibility for choosing new ones. It reflects the belief behind her EdgeQuest work: leaders make better decisions once they can see the patterns and assumptions shaping them.
